What happens if the dress does not fit or does not like?

At Fashion Emergency you rent without risk. If the dress does not meet your expectations, please contact us by e-mail at [email protected] on the delivery day. We give you the opportunity to exchange your dress or get a refund of the rental price.

If you find out after receiving and fitting that the size or the model of your dress is not the right one, we can refund you the rental price. For a valid refund, please make sure you contact us within 24 hours.
